This may include countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Israel and Belarus, along with any other destinations where reliable or commercially viable shipping services are not available at the time of ordering.
In some cases, our shipping carriers may temporarily or indefinitely suspend services to specific countries or regions. This can happen for several reasons, including operational restrictions, service disruptions, regional instability, customs limitations, or changes within the international courier network.
Where carrier services are suspended, we are unable to dispatch orders to those destinations because the parcel cannot be accepted, routed, or delivered reliably.
For some destinations, carrier services may technically be available, but only with very high shipping surcharges.
These surcharges can sometimes make the total delivery cost significantly higher than the value of the order itself. When this happens, shipping becomes commercially unviable and may result in an unreasonable cost for the customer.
Rather than offering a shipping option with excessive delivery charges, we may temporarily remove that destination from our available shipping countries.
If your country is not available during checkout, this usually means that we do not currently have a reliable and viable shipping service in place for that destination.
This does not necessarily imply that the destination is permanently excluded. Shipping availability can change depending on carrier operations, service routes, international restrictions, and pricing.
Not always.
We regularly review our available shipping destinations and continue to evaluate alternative carrier options wherever possible. If a reliable and commercially viable service becomes available for a destination that is currently unavailable, we will update our shipping options accordingly.
The most up-to-date information about our shipping services can be found on our shipping page:
https://viascreens.com/shipping
If a new service becomes available for a country or region that we do not currently ship to, our shipping page will be updated to reflect this.
In most cases, if a destination is unavailable at checkout, the Support Team will not be able to manually override the restriction.
This is because the limitation is usually based on carrier service availability, delivery reliability, or excessive courier surcharges. If there is no suitable shipping service in place, we are unable to safely dispatch the order to that destination.
Some customers in countries that we do not currently ship to may choose to use a third-party forwarding service.
A third-party forwarder is an independent company that provides customers with a delivery address in a country that we are able to ship to. The customer places their order using that forwarding address, and once the parcel is received by the forwarder, the forwarder arranges onward delivery to the customer’s final destination.
For example, a customer may be given a UK, US, or EU forwarding address by the forwarding company. The order is then delivered to that address first, before being forwarded internationally by the third party.
No. We are unable to recommend, endorse, or verify any particular third-party forwarding service.
Any decision to use a forwarding company is made entirely by the customer. Customers should carry out their own checks before using a forwarding service, including reviewing the forwarder’s fees, service availability, delivery times, insurance options, prohibited items, customs handling, and customer reviews.
A forwarding service may allow customers to place an order even if direct delivery to their country is not currently available through our website.
Possible benefits may include:
Access to a delivery address in a supported country
The ability to consolidate multiple parcels from different retailers
More delivery options depending on the forwarder’s network
Potential access to destinations that our own carriers cannot currently serve directly
Using a forwarding service can also involve additional risks, costs, and limitations.
Customers should consider the following before placing an order:
The forwarder will usually charge separate handling and international shipping fees
Delivery times may be longer because the parcel has to pass through an additional company
Customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local clearance fees may apply
The forwarder may have its own restrictions, terms, insurance limits, and claims process
Tracking may be split between the original delivery to the forwarder and the onward delivery to the final country
The parcel may be repacked, relabelled, consolidated, or handled again before final delivery
Any issue that occurs after delivery to the forwarding address may need to be resolved directly with the forwarder
If a customer chooses to use a third-party forwarding service, our responsibility is limited to delivering the order to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Once the parcel has been delivered to the forwarding address, the onward shipment is managed by the third-party forwarder. ViaScreens does not control the forwarder’s handling, onward delivery process, customs arrangements, delivery times, insurance, or local carrier partners.
For this reason, customers using a forwarding address should make sure the delivery details are accurate and that the forwarding company is able to receive and forward the type of goods being ordered.
If the order is successfully delivered to the forwarding address, but is then delayed, lost, damaged, refused, or returned during the onward shipment, the customer will usually need to contact the forwarding company directly.
ViaScreens cannot investigate or claim against a courier service that was arranged separately by the customer or by the forwarding company after the parcel was delivered to the original shipping address provided at checkout.
We do not currently ship to some countries because:
Our carriers may have suspended delivery services to those regions
Available services may carry excessive shipping surcharges
Delivery may not be reliable or commercially viable
Shipping availability can change over time
Some customers may choose to use a third-party forwarding service, but this is arranged independently and at the customer’s own discretion. ViaScreens cannot recommend a specific forwarder and is not responsible for the onward delivery once the order has been delivered to the forwarding address provided at checkout.
We continue to review alternative options and will update our shipping page as soon as a suitable service becomes available.
